I have a score just above 550 and I was approved instantly for $2000.00, please give it a go. I mean I have all types of negatives on my credit, charge offs and all.

The interest is absolutely ridiculous but to add insult to injury after paying on this card for the past 7 years they started doing random audits of accounts to drop the credit limits. ?It's not enough that I've paid a small fortune in interest over the 7 years but when I made a large payment to reduce my balance from $5500 to $3500 they dropped my credit line to $3800. ?As frustrated as I was, because of the significant negative impact that had on my credit since it is largely based off of available credit, they did it again! ?A month and a half later I get my balance down to less than $500 and they drop my credit line down to $800. ?Once again another major impact on my credit score! ?Once I close on my mortgage loan in the next 30 days I will pay off the remainder and close it out permanently. ?The customer service is absolutely horrible as well!! ?The lack of knowledge about their job astounds me! ?I wish you could give zero stars!

Easy to get credit, but will charge you very high insurance charge I was not aware of. Called and they said they can not cancel the card insurance. Find other options!

If I could give Care Credit 0 stars, I would. Twice now, they've closed my account with absolutely no prior notice RIGHT before I needed to use it for procedures for my dog. The interest rates are insane and they bombard you with calls, texts, and emails if you're so much as a *day* late on payment. The most recent time they closed my account was after just about 5 months of inactivity, which is hardly enough time to justify the closure. My credit score then dipped because of the closure and when I went to reapply, they denied my application. My recommendation is to never, ever use Care Credit.

I have had this card for about 3 years I paid off a procedure after the 12 month period paid a ton in extra interest but credit limit was recently decreased by $7,000 no warning just terrible seeking an explanation I want to just close it but that would be a negative too my credit score uggh

My credit score is almost to 700 on Credit Karma so I applied for the Care Credit Card so I could get some dental work done. When I applied they didn't approve me for the amount I needed so I decided not to get the card. Then I get a letter in the mail saying my credit score was 551 and that's why I wasn't approved for the amount I wanted. Like what?! Why is my score SO different on Credit Karma?????

This company and their so called Care Card are both farces. I needed financial assistance with surgery and got nowhere. I was assisted by a so called financial person with Bon Secours Mercy Hospital. Ms. W wasted my time and mislead me. She knew my circumstances and still proceeded knowing I would not qualify and funds would be nowhere what I needed. What do people do when they cannot afford needed surgery? I am sad to see that the word mercy is affiliated with this hospital because it is not accurate. Lastly, Ms. W needs more training so she is more proficient in the position she holds.

The card is good for paying medical bills. However, I've tried both options to reach their customer service: Live Chat and Phone, but I cannot reach them at all. The Live Chat is very glitchy, unresponsive, and slow. I waited for ages (like more than an hour) to read their customer service. It wasted so much time.

I have been unable to reach human life with any knowledge of what is going on. My dentist charged my account a week ago for $584. When I have tried to hear my balance, I am told the account is 'CLOSED" yet, funny but my payment of $385 was accepted. LOL There truly seems to be no competency, organization or customer help

I've been a loyal client for 4 years, always paid my bill when there was one. Went to try to get a credit increase, and it was denied. Went to use card it was declined. Called them to ask and they won't give any information. Said the card had some kind of glitch and they could fix it but couldn't answer any more questions I had. Told them after my bill is paid I will be canceling them. And my work we recommend care credit for clients that can't afford treatment and I will no longer give the option for them to apply. Lots of potential clients, that won't get referred or told to apply. Until your customer service improves drastically im not going to send clients to you for you guys to treat the same way.

When care credit was recomended to me for dental work due to me not having insurance it seemed like a good Idea, specially since there was no interest if you payed the balance off within a year. Unfortunately I used this credit a couple of months before the pandemic hit and if work would have been steady throughout the year I would have easaly been able to pay it off within that year but it wasn't. I still kept making payments on a timely basis (i was late once and got hit with a $40 fee for 1 day) but I was not able to pay it off within that year and I got hit with $585.59 of finance charges, the next month the finance charge was $42.91. So I was able to come up with some money and hopping that if I paid the balance in full I would be able to get some type of help or discount, I called and they shut me down right away even after I tried to explain the situation to them hopping because so many people aren't doing well and are struggling to make ends meed they didn't care one bit that I had to pay it in full or keep paying monthly payments which from what I'm seeingm, it's very difficult. I'm not blaming them, it's a bussiness and obviously all they care about is the money, I just wish I would have done more reseach and didn't expect more from them. I hope this helps someone make their decision and look for other options if it's not really necessary for them to take a loan from care credit.

If this happened to the Synchrony employee that is reading this, they would be very upset. However, since it does not affect them, they could care less. I appreciate you wasting everyone's time by providing canned responses and insulting my intelligence. However, I am not letting you off that easily. There were 595 consumer reviews of Synchrony Bank in Stamford, Ct on the BBB website. Synchrony Bank has a rating of 1.06 STARS out of 5 STARS. There were 1950 complaints in the last year alone and 5053 complaints in the last three years. Somehow, the BBB rates Synchrony Bank with an A+ Rating probably because the BBB collects a yearly fee from Synchrony Bank and presumably because Synchrony Bank will provide you with a canned response no matter what about what they are legally allowed to do, which they abuse beyond belief. There is a huge difference between legal and ethical norms. Synchrony Bank can do just about anything they want to legally but that does not mean it is ethical. If you take the time to read complaints, you will find that Synchrony Bank does not care about your business. They do not care that they are hurting your credit score even when you are a good paying customer. Take the time to read the responses that Synchrony Bank has to individuals that have paid their accounts as agreed and had their credit rating destroyed by this company. There are probably hundreds, if not thousands of individuals, that have had their credit destroyed by this business without cause and the responses from Synchrony Bank are all canned.
